Soo San was started in 1996 with the aim of bringing the ambiance of the East to the West. Spread over 2000 square foot, the showroom is designed as a living environment, with furniture and accessories displayed among flamboyent colours and textures.

Soo San stocks an exquisite collection of furniture and accessories from all corners of Asia, ranging from lacquered cabinets from Shanghai, opium beds from Beijing, scholars chairs, consoles and coffers from Shanxi, Buddhas from Burma and Laos, stone torsos from Cambodia, with birdcages, lanterns and contemporary art adorning the walls.

Current art works include original photographs by Guillaume Bonne, the flamboyant and sense provoking work of Tilo Kaiser and the African inspired paintings of Jan Coutts.
